The room was spacious, clean, and featured incredibly comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially towards my family, which contributed to a pleasant stay. there was a genuine feeling of luxury in the interior design, with velvet seats and chandeliers enhancing the ambiance.

The parking situation was inconvenient, being located a fair distance from the entrance.

The staff at reception were amazing, friendly as

they truly made us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised by our room's view and comfort. The heated pool was a favorite for our child, and we enjoyed a fantastic buffet breakfast, although it got a bit crowded during peak times.

The breakfast buffet offered diverse options.

My room had a terrible smell, which was musky and damp. The cleanliness was disappointing, with dust and wrappers left behind. there was no fan in the bathroom, causing the space to feel clammy after showers.

Had a great time with friends! The spa pools were amazing, and we loved the helpful staff. Perfectly located for exploring the Redwoods and experiencing Te Puia. Breakfast was enjoyable but could get busy during peak times. A solid choice for a fun getaway!

One downside was that the room lacked air conditioning, just an old ceiling fan which didn’t quite do the job. This could be uncomfortable on warmer nights.
